Our Dietetics service works with individuals to assist in managing their health conditions and diseases, while achieving optimal nutrition status through foods. We provide nutrition support, education, and counselling in managing a wide range of medical conditions including: diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, oncology, gastrointestinal conditions, food allergies and intolerances, and weight management/healthy eating.

The Hand Therapy service aims to assist individuals to achieve optimal physical and functional outcomes, following surgery, an injury, or when health conditions are impacting the upper limb. A certified therapist provides the service, and specialises in the treatment of conditions relating to the hand, wrist and elbow. We work closely with the referring specialist and tailor treatment programs to individual needs.

The Occupational Therapy service works with individuals to improve their ability to manage everyday activities that have been impacted by an injury, surgery, or health conditions. Everyday activities addressed may span personal-care, domestic, and community domains. We aim to help you regain, or increase your independence in valued activities, via assessment and interventions focusing on education, functional re-training, home environment adaptation, and/or equipment prescription.

The Physiotherapy service treats a full range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, following injury, surgery or in relation to chronic health conditions. Our treatments are individualised and based on the latest research and best practices, with the aim to help you manage aches, pains and recover from injury or surgery. Treatments may include exercise programs for rehabilitation and pain management, massage, gait retraining and joint mobilisation.

Psychologists have expertise in the area of human behaviour, and in particular, how people think, feel, behave and react. Psychologists also study human development, learning, memory, and the brain. Psychologists use reliable and scientifically supported methods, to assist individuals, families, groups and organisations to make positive changes and to improve mental health and wellbeing.

The Home Rehabilitation program offers patients the opportunity to continue a tailored recovery regime that is designed to help you recover at home. The Achieve Health Home Rehabilitation service provides Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy in your home environment.
